Please don’t email us customer personal data

To investigate almost anything we need your .myshopify.com domain, an order number, and a rough timestamp — not a customer’s name, email address or full order export. If we genuinely need more, we will ask.

What to include

A useful report gets a useful answer faster:

Your store’s .myshopify.com domain.
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
When it happened, with a timezone — our logs are searchable by time, so this matters more than it sounds.
An order number or subscription contract id if the issue relates to one.
A screenshot of any error shown in the app admin.

Coverage, stated honestly

Store Integration is run by a single operator in the United Kingdom (UTC/UTC+1). Response targets above are aims during UK business hours, not a contractual SLA, and there is no formal 24/7 on-call rota. Billing-critical and security issues are the ones we break away for outside hours. We would rather tell you that than publish a “24/7” promise we cannot keep.

Uninstalling

You can remove the app from your Shopify admin at any time. On uninstall the app deletes its stored session for your shop and deactivates your billing schedule; your configuration is kept briefly so that a reinstall within Shopify’s 48-hour window is not destructive, and is then erased when Shopify sends the shop redaction request. The exact behaviour, table by table, is in the data retention policy.
