Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. What follows is the short, accurate version rather than a template.
What we set: nothing
kddbrands.com is a set of static HTML pages. It runs no JavaScript,
so it cannot set a first-party cookie even if we wanted one. There is no analytics, no
tag manager, no advertising or marketing pixel, no A/B testing, no session tracking and
no newsletter signup. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent
to.
What Cloudflare may set
The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to distinguish automated traffic from people. We do not read it, and it is not used to profile you.

Cloudflare may issue other security cookies of the same kind if its protections require them. They exist to deliver and defend the site you asked for, and nothing else.
Why there is no banner
Regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) requires consent before storing information on a user’s device, but exempts storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service the user has explicitly requested. Security and bot-management cookies that keep the requested page reachable fall within that exemption, which is the position the ICO takes in its guidance on the use of cookies. Since the only cookies present are strictly necessary and we set none ourselves, there is no consent to collect and a banner would be theatre.
Server logs are not cookies
Separately from cookies, Cloudflare processes request metadata in order to route, deliver and protect the site — including your IP address, the URL requested, timestamp, user agent and approximate location. This happens for every request, whether or not a cookie is set, and cannot be switched off without ceasing to serve the site. The lawful basis and retention position for that processing is set out in our privacy policy.
Controlling cookies anyway
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, per-site or globally, from its privacy settings. Nothing on this site breaks if you do.
If you block Cloudflare’s security cookies, a challenge page may be shown repeatedly, because the record that you already passed one cannot be kept.
What this policy does not cover
- Our Shopify app. Store Integration handles merchant and order data under its own terms — see the Store Integration privacy policy.
- Our brand storefronts. The storefronts we operate run on Shopify. They set their own cookies, including for carts, checkout and any marketing tools enabled on them, and are governed by the policies published on those sites.
- Sites we link to. Follow a link off this domain and you are on someone else’s terms.
