What it does

Subscription billing

Runs a merchant’s subscription billing on a schedule they control — the hour of day and the timezone the run should follow, rather than whenever a generic cron happens to fire.

Dunning

When a subscription payment fails, the app tracks that specific billing cycle so recovery actions fire once and only once. It can ask Shopify to send the customer a payment-method update email. It never sees or stores card details — payment mandates stay in Shopify.

Branded order tracking

A tracking page on your own storefront, with your copy and your carrier names. Nothing from a shopper’s lookup is stored.

Post-purchase surveys

Ask buyers how they found you, and see the answers in one place — useful precisely because ad platforms have got worse at telling you.

Post-purchase offers

Rule-driven offers presented after the order is placed.

Klaviyo bridge (optional)

For merchants who ask for it, subscription lifecycle events can be forwarded to Klaviyo. This is off unless explicitly enabled for a shop.

Your data

Shopify stays the system of record. The app stores as little as it can, and our privacy policy is written from the actual code — including a known gaps section covering where our controls are weaker than we would like.

Availability

Store Integration is distributed as an unlisted Shopify app: it is not discoverable in the public Shopify App Store and is installed by direct link. If you want access, get in touch.
