What it does

Subscription billing

Runs a merchant’s subscription billing on a schedule they control — the hour of day and the timezone the run should follow, rather than whenever a generic cron happens to fire.

Dunning

When a subscription payment fails, the app tracks that specific billing cycle so recovery actions fire once and only once. It can ask Shopify to send the customer a payment-method update email. It never sees or stores card details — payment mandates stay in Shopify.

Branded order tracking

A tracking page on the merchant’s own storefront, with their copy and their carrier names. Lookups query the Shopify Admin API live and compare the shopper’s email or postcode in memory; nothing from the lookup is written to the app’s database.

Post-purchase surveys

Asks buyers how they heard about the store and reports the answers back as first-party attribution — useful precisely because ad platforms have got worse at telling you.

Post-purchase offers

Rule-driven offers presented after the order is placed.

Klaviyo bridge (optional)

For merchants who ask for it, subscription lifecycle events can be forwarded to Klaviyo. This is off unless explicitly enabled for a shop.

Data handling

The app is a processor acting on the merchant’s instructions. Shopify stays the system of record; the app persists as little as it can get away with, and documents the rest precisely rather than in generalities.

Our privacy policy is written from the code — it names the exact database tables that hold personal data, the code paths that delete them, and a known gaps section listing the places where the controls are weaker than we would like. We would rather you could price that risk than have to guess at it.

Availability

Store Integration is distributed as an unlisted Shopify app: it is not discoverable in the public Shopify App Store and is installed by direct link. If you want access, get in touch.
